The Waterfall Beach
Montezuma is a small bohemian town in the Nicoya Peninsula. It has beautiful rocky bay with medium side waves with a beautiful nature that surounds it. Close to the town there is a free nature trail, that goes around the shores of Montezuma and its forest. The close by river is famous for its two beutiful waterfalls and natural pools, which are the second best attraction.
At 4 kilometers from Montezuma is the little town of Cabuya, which has a very interesting island with the town cememtery. The craves have big sculptures and on low tide it is possible to walk to the island.
